Winning Teams

Each winning team (winners & runners-up) participating to the Forum receives a €500 net allowance for trip and accommodation. Please contact the national secretary of the country where you won to receive it.

Registration should be done by Sept.15, 2016 at the latest, in order to be able to secure the hotel rooms.
No further change shall be accepted after this date.

Accommodation booking for the Workshop (with a possibility to extend to the Forum nights), as well as booking the Europan shuttle are done upon registration.

PARTICIPATION TO THE WORKSHOP from Monday 10 to Thursday 13 Oct. 2016

Participation is free.

Europan Europe covers the following from Mon. 10 to Thu. 13 Oct. 2016:

- max. 2 participants per team (registration limited to 100 participants);
- Breakfasts & Lunches;
- 1 double room per team (2 separate beds or 1 twin bed).

PARTICIPATION TO THE FORUM on Friday 14 Oct. 2016.

Participation fee: €60 / pers. + bank fees (according to price category)

The fee covers:

- 2 Coffee breaks & 1 Lunch during the Forum on Oct. 14;
- Participation to the Reception at the Alcazaba.

The fee gives you access:

- on Oct. 13: to the presentation of the Workshop Results;
- on Oct. 14: to the conference, the working groups and the pecha kucha presentations, as well as to the Reception at the Alcazaba.

PLEASE NOTE:
- No refund will be accepted.
- Upon registration, thank you not to take more than one room per team!

Other Participants (site representatives, experts, organizers…)

Registration should be done by 5 Oct. 2016 at the latest.

PARTICIPATION TO THE FORUM on Fri. 14 and Sat. 15 Oct. 2016

Participation fee: €110 / pers. + bank fees.

The fee covers:

- 4 Coffee breaks & 2 Lunches during the Forum (14 & 15 Oct.);
- Participation to the Friday night Reception at the Alcazaba;
- Participation to the Saturday night end Cocktail.

The fee gives you access:

- on 13 Oct.: to the presentation of the Workshop Results;
- on 14 Oct.: to the conference, the working groups and the pecha kucha presentations, as well as to the Reception at the Alcazaba;
- on 15 Oct.: to the debate on the Productive City and the E14 sites working groups, as well as to the end Forum cocktail.

THANK YOU FOR CAREFULLY READING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTRATION:

-1- Before registration, make sure you know how you get to Badajoz.
Europan organizes a shuttle service on Sun. 9, Thu. 13 and Fri. 14 Oct. from Lisbon airport (PT) to Badajoz; a return shuttle is available on Fri. 14, Sat. 15 and Sun. 16 Oct. from the Palacio de Congresos to Lisbon airport (PT). This service runs on a fixed schedule and costs €20 for the winning teams and €40 for the other participants (site representatives & organizers). This price is global and covers the round trip.

Attention : this service will not be available if not booked through registration!

If you do not wish to take the Europan shuttle, please have a look at Maps & Places to plan your journey to and from Badajoz (train, bus, taxi or car rental).

-2- There is a 1h time difference between Badajoz (GMT+1) and Lisbon (GMT0).
Keep this information in mind when registering and buying your plane ticket.
