E16 - Winning Teams Portraits
In 2022 Europan Europe will publish a series of portraits-interviews of the E16 winning teams – winners, runners-up and special mention, the listing of which is to be found hereafter.
The 9 juries for the 16th session of EUROPAN have made their choice amongst the 677 projects submitted for the competition on 40 sites in 9 different European countries. The juries named 127 prize-winning teams, 40 winning teams, 41 runner-up teams and 46 special mentions. 
The 136 winning teams are based in 9 different countries – 2/3 of them won in their country of residence; 1/3 of the teams hence won abroad, confirming the willingness of young professionals to tackle a context outside their experience. The teams that were most motivated to compete abroad reside in Italy (9 teams out of the 13 winning teams based in Italy won a prize on a foreign site), Germany (5 teams out of 9), Norway (3 out of 6) and Spain (8 out of 34),
