1. How do you define the main issues of your project in relation with the theme “Re-sourcing”? Re-sourcing thanks to nature, to social dynamics, to new materiality? In which way do you think your project can contribute to an ecological and/or social evolution? And in which way do you think your project can be called a “regenerative project”?
The proposal seeks to restore the balance between nature and people through carefully targeted interventions that regenerate the urban fabric. A habitable topography is created that extends the hills of Kroksbäcksparken, unifies fragmented spaces and offers protection from the wind, generating more comfortable, community-focused outdoor environments. The landscape intervention enhances local biodiversity and ecology, while fostering new social dynamics that encourage cultural, intergenerational and activity-based exchange. The buildings blend into the newly created green landscape, using sustainable, Km0 sourced materials and circular architecture, thereby contributing to a comprehensive regeneration of the area.

2. How did the issues of your design and the questions raised by the site mutation meet?
The topography shapes the spaces, blending with the landscape while offering protection from prevailing winds, supporting native environmental regeneration, and enabling rainwater reuse. These qualities create multiple opportunities in the intervention area, generating diverse spaces where new social dynamics are the basis for bringing activity to the area.
