Move out of its field of reference, out of the image market and mirror games.
What remains is a change in the relationship between people, a line between inside and outside, private and public, between the continuous and the intermittent, which (like every founding act) divides order from disorder, sedentary from nomadic, singular from plural.
But reality is a complex, changing interplay in which architecture has to go beyond its own inertia and tendency to reduction in order to meet the needs and desires of all (users, the community…) and create a playscape able to contain and encourage the appropriation of spaces by their inhabitants.
The first playground offers a new territory to be occupied freely and a catalogue of windows to be chosen as the inhabitants wish. The second playground multiplies and superimposes the uses of the public space in space and time.

This project is connected to the following themes
Mobility - Social Fields
The in-between is activated as a shared non-hierarchical space which can be inhabited by a broad range of soft mobilities that act simultaneously or consecutively to form the ingredients of a wide social field.
Housing - Community
Facades act as interfaces between exposed and private space to reprogram the existing residential typology, offering a layer of vertical private gardens forming the new inhabited building facades, which float amidst a lively expanse of collective uses.
Shared spaces - Programmatic patchwork
The public space around the blocks is conceived as an homogeneous open area, available for all kinds of public activity, limited only by the desires of the local residents.
