The operating strategies of project proposal born from a critical scrutiny of the site:
- to empty and stratify, inserting a series of empty spaces that qualifies various levels, links the parts, as a relational system
- grafting, a series of functions and various activities into the different levels of the abandoned edifice.
- configuration, the various spatial configurations produced by the collapses is activated by way of a series of spatial dispositions whose formal principles is born to bring back meaning to the traces left by the collapses, by way of operations of extrusion, tracing or moulding, and resewing together that attained a new image.

Shared spaces - A Frame for social life
The project seeks to enhance the urban fabric with a network of empty spaces and interventions on the existing buildings, to make the district more porous.
Shared spaces - Intensification by superposition
The insertion of varied programmes at the different levels of the neglected buildings, helps to regenerate and intensify urban life.
