"The proposal seeks to restore the balance between nature and people through carefully targeted interventions that regenerate the urban fabric. A habitable topography is created that extends the hills of Kroksbäcksparken, unifies fragmented spaces and offers protection from the wind, generating more comfortable, community-focused outdoor environments. The landscape intervention enhances local biodiversity and ecology, while fostering new social dynamics that encourage cultural, intergenerational and activity-based exchange. The buildings blend into the newly created green landscape, using sustainable, Km0 sourced materials and circular architecture, thereby contributing to a comprehensive regeneration of the area."
