Four important elements can be recognized : the CASTLE – theTOWN – the PARK and a ROAD that is a cut between the town and the park. The project solves the problem of road–crossing so that people can reach the urban park by using footways (ramps, stairs and public lifts) while cars go by different routes. The target is: “the town moves to the park”. To obtain this it is necessary a bridge to be built as a multifunctional complex with a large car-parking underground. Outside, the building looks like a large platform with a sort of roof-terrace, where people can walk. Inside, it looks like a box, full of all the functional destinations required by student activities, but it is also like a large window overlooking the park. On this platform are blocks of flats and residential buildings for students. Besides the complex is open to the public, and works as a place where people can socialize and stay together.

This project is connected to the following themes
Mobility - Interface
A linear development of infrastructural bands links two parts of the city and the park, connected to each other by a constructivist network of passages and ramps.
Shared spaces - Intensification by superposition
The roof of a multipurpose complex plays the role of a public space, like a platform where people can walk, socialise and look at the landscape.
