1. How do you define the main issues of your project in relation with the theme “Re-sourcing”? Re-sourcing thanks to nature, to social dynamics, to new materiality? In which way do you think your project can contribute to an ecological and/or social evolution? And in which way do you think your project can be called a “regenerative project”?
The project understands “Re-sourcing” as reusing landscape, materials and social life. It connects to the green-blue system, reuses structures and soil, and promotes shared living. It is regenerative because it improves the site: it strengthens ecology, reduces impact and creates new collective spaces through an open and adaptable system.

2. How did the issues of your design and the questions raised by the site mutation meet?
The project starts from the site as a transition between city, water and landscape. It does not fix it, but works with it. The building acts as an open system connecting scales, with a ground floor that is park, plaza and sports hall. Its reversible structure allows change over time, responding to future needs and uncertainties.

3. Have you treated these issues previously? What were the reference projects that inspired yours?
The project continues our research on prefabrication, reversibility and collective living. We explore architecture as infrastructure, linking building, landscape and public space. References include open systems, ecological design and shared housing models. The project combines these into one flexible and coherent system.

4. How can your project be implemented together with the actors through a negotiated process and in time. How did you consider this issue in your project?
The project is conceived as a flexible system responding to the housing crisis across Europe. It works as a feedback structure, able to adapt to different contexts over time. Prefabrication allows step-by-step implementation with different actors. The system is not fixed, but open, supporting continuous transformation, reuse and collective management.

5. How did you form the team for the competition and if so what are the skills you associated?
We are an architecture studio based in Barcelona since 2015. Competitions have always been part of our practice, as a space of exploration and experimentation. We approach them as a serious game, where ideas can be tested freely. The team combines experience, curiosity and a shared way of working developed over time.

6. How could this prize help you in your professional career?
Europan has always been a space of research for us, allowing us to bring current topics into practice. We are currently building Kop Dakpark in Rotterdam after winning Europan. This prize would reinforce our work, give visibility and allow us to continue developing regenerative and adaptable architecture in real projects.
