"The project understands “Re-sourcing” as reusing landscape, materials and social life. It connects to the green-blue system, reuses structures and soil, and promotes shared living. It is regenerative because it improves the site: it strengthens ecology, reduces impact and creates new collective spaces through an open and adaptable system."
