"Horizons liés responds to the adaptation challenges by offering the residents tools for pooling, empowerment and welcoming at the scale of home, blocks of buildings and urban integration. Regeneration of biodiversity through soils, sustainable mobility development, local low-carbon materials and integration of bioclimatic devices strengthen social integration of an ecological regenerative project."
