1. urban morphing seeks to achieve a continuous and gra-dual transformation of the city of the 50's : increasing the urban typology variety, trans-form-ing the urban morphology, redefining the use of the public space, establishing a new infrastruture with new parking solutions.

2. urban extruded typologies. Six typologies have been designed to answer the demand of different ways of living in the whole area: ‘panorama apartments’, ‘patio-penthouse’, ‘70% empty’, ‘in between terraces’, ‘living and working’, and ‘ying-yang house’.
3. hybrid clusters. The combination of different U.E.T. will give rise to morphologically complex elements with multiple possible combinations as well as a high diversity of open spaces. Different ways of reaching the dwellings are provided: direct access from ground floor, accesses from collective ‘terraces-belvedere’, vertical cores.

This project is connected to the following themes

Housing - Typology

A variety of explicit typologies with distinctive qualities create an attractive range of options for contemporary ways of living. The different building possibilities are achieved by combining these types into different “hybrid clusters” that enter into a dialogue with the existing buildings.
