"Our goal is to create new dynamics from the social and solidarity economy at the heart of the territory. Revitalize the city on each season by activating an exceptional site with own natural spaces and highly adaptable architecture. We propose to transform a former enclave into a site where interests from across the territory converge, a place ready to be nurtured by strong and collective ideas."
