"The main challenge was to develop a masterplan that treats existing resources as part of a continuous, adaptable process—one capable of responding to future change while keeping the industrial estate active. The project supports both ecological and social transformation by restoring the soil’s permeability, enhancing biodiversity, and fostering a vibrant, sustainable community. HEJ VÅXNÄS! can be described as a regenerative project, guided by three clear implementation strategies: early activation, adaptable construction, and long-term integration."
