"Our vision for Frøystad interprets “Re-sourcing” as a healing process for the town of Roa. The site is reimagined as a vital link between urban life and landscape, creating a continuous corridor between nature and the built environment. Organized around public courtyards and a civic center, the neighborhood prioritizes human interaction and social inclusion over vehicular movement. Developed in phases, it can adapt to changing needs and stakeholder input, becoming a resilient model for future growth and the long-term regeneration of Roa’s civic and ecological heart."
