"Framed by the topic, we propose an integrated approach rooted in ecological processes, circular economic systems, and active community participation. Implementation is structured in phases across three interconnected scales—territorial, metropolitan, and local—progressively advancing from landscape resources management to full urban integration. We focus on soil as experimental sites for circular resource management and food productivity."
