The idea is to create new interactions in a typical suburban fabric by allowing nature to take over the space. These natural features come from the banks of the Sava and infiltrate the built fabric, changing its direction, finding the easiest way to occupy the space. The proposal places high-rise towers on the site to tell users of Jadran Avenue that they are entering the city and to create observation towers over the Balkans and the surrounded area.
Green corridors stretch from the river within the site and define public spaces, while the observation towers extend their bases and alter in height to fit the human scale. The towers generate high outdoor spaces, whilst their plinths are used for agriculture. The new district is set on rails and roads and connected to the old city via the bridges.

This project is connected to the following themes
Housing - Morphology
By allowing nature to infiltrate the space, the project seeks to create a multiplicity of social interactions between the proposed new dense housing morphology and the adjacent neighbourhoods.
Nature - Topography / ground
The project proposes to unify the site around a new landscape organised into strips. Districts become programmatic bands able to accommodate high building density, whilst their orientation maintains natural continuities between the town and the river.
