The architectural and urban composition is structured on the View. The topography and the university campus, designed as a new open space, are used to establish the view with the Large Landscape. The composition full/empty permits to create new links with the existing context. The former university enclave is integrated in the network of open spaces of the city of Reims. The dwellings are used as structuring mass. The housing typology forms a spread, its modularity permit to adapt the densities. Flexibility and evolution possibilities generate a sustainable design. In order to protect the site from the cars, the motorized displacements are contained on the site limits. Slow and collective traffic are enhance. The mobility system will connect the site on different scales.
