E14/E15 Inter-Sessions Forum

Registrations

Winning Teams

Each winning team (winners & runners-up) participating to the Forum receives a €500 net allowance for trip and accommodation. Please contact the national secretary of the country where you won to receive it.

Registration should be done by Oct.12, 2018 at the latest, in order to be able to secure the hotel rooms.
No further change shall be accepted after this date.

Accommodation booking for the Workshop (with a possibility to extend to the Forum nights) are done upon registration.

PARTICIPATION TO THE WORKSHOP from Monday 12 to Thursday 15 Nov. 2018

Participation is free.

Europan Europe covers the following from Mon. 12 to Thu. 15 Nov. 2018:

- max. 2 participants per team (registration limited to 100 participants);
- Breakfasts & Lunches;
- 1 double or single room (2 separate beds or 1 twin bed).

PARTICIPATION TO THE FORUM from Friday Nov. 16th to 18th 2018.

Participation fee: €50 / pers. + bank fees (according to price category)

The fee covers:

- 5 Coffee breaks and 2 Lunches (11.16-17-18)
- 1 cocktail (11.16)
- 1 dinner reception (11.17)
- 1 closing cocktail (11.18)

The fee gives you access:

- on Nov. 16: to the visits on the thme of "Productive Brussels" and to the presentation of the Results Europan 14;
- on Nov. 17: to the conference, the working groups on implementations processes, as well as to a Reception;
- on Nov. 17 and 18: to the introfuctory conference of the E15 topic, the working groups on the issues of the sites for the session to come.

PLEASE NOTE:
- For the teams that are not enrolled for the workshop, subscription to the Forum must be done before October 5th 2018.

Other Participants (site representatives, experts, organizers…)

Registration should be done by Nov. 9th 2018 at the latest.
